your guild need a hunter for strider if someone in the hunter class is good, and have 2 ppl on tainted core watch so they can threw it to each other. and also have other hunters at the stairs to kill the elementals, and tanks pick up the nagas and melee will either be on nagas or help the hunter kill the elementals that runs up toward vashj. make sure no elementals get thro or else vashj will get really big and her lighten fork will kill some ppl. oh and make sure pally and druid dispell the poison from the tainted core. and once you get all 4 generator down make sure the nagas and striders are down or just the naga left cos the MT will have to move vashj around to avoid the posion on the floor.

for elementals, we paired a melee and range dps at the 4 different locations. melee at bottom of stairs and range dps on top, who will also help with naga and striders. the rest on nagas and striders.
for striders, unfortunately we have only one stable hunter and he wasn't available last night. so we tried frost mage and shaman kiting them. shaman seems to kite better. we didn't try lock kiting because we didn't have affliction lock.
