i got all the horde capital cities, and got the achievement. you need someone to go with you, the hardest place is org. cos there's always hordes there, but since husband came with me and heals me i was cool. both of us got the flame, he is missing silvermoon city. that one is hard too, but since you're lvl 80 it should be fine. the easiest place is undercity, cos it's just right when u enter the door.

I saved the torch catching quest for the very last 'cause I was afraid of it too, but actually, it was fantastically easier than I thought. I stood still, zoomed my camera so it was looking straight down on me, put the circle from left-click right on top of me and spammed 1 (where I had put the torches). Easy peasy.
