the dreadful authenticating screen when you can't get pass it.

i don't normally log in during day time. my day time is peak hour. when i decided to do it, i'm stuck in this screen, this message. if i'm lucky enough to go pass this screen, i got stuck here:

eventually i got dc-ed.

rinse and repeat.

is this normal for peak hour login?

i've been having problem these 2 days. it was wg time. i wanted to login to play. i watched the husband played and won. i was still stuck at one of these screens.

it's funny when i checked the forum, there were 100+ pages of pcomplaint posts about stucking at authenticating screen. refresh the page a minute later, total number of pages went up by 2 or 3.

if there are problem, just post on the news at login screen or have a blue post about it. then players will be less frustrated. it's normal customer service / support.
