i'm usually an advocate of daily quests. gold! who doesn't love gold?

but this is not my favorite daily quest ground.

some quests require you to fly all over places. like going to grizzly hill to kiss frogs. like going to crystal song forest to kill something to get quest item, then fly to howling fjord to free a woman to get the final quest item.

the worse is competing with npcs on mount. i hate it. i always get the husband to complete this quest for me.

the long awaited ulduar is finally here. it's not so fresh and hot now since most raiders have already been there.

i finally stepped into the place tonight. missed out the 10man version due to real life. real people have real life!

1-shot the first boss. that was messy. i read the strategy yet i was confused. driving vehicles... i hated that. just blindly followed the group and pressed buttons...

many wipes on razorscale and we finally did it.

this felt like a raid. wipe and learn. my gear was almost red. the repair bill was shocking. but it was fun.

and... i can remember the name of the boss without having to look it up first!

btw, do you notice pretty lock has a new look? back to curly hair. getting hair cut... it's my biggest in-game expense.

i haven't touched pretty priest much since the end of tbc. it's time to play her again.

i decided to xfer her to oceanic realm since i don't play at the old realm anymore. in fact i haven't been there since the end of tbc. it was a decision to xfer her or sexy warrior. she was the chosen one for many reasons. the main reason is, i'm better with range classes than melee classes.

poor sexy warrior is back collecting dust.

to celebrate the starting of new life at a new realm, she had a new hair. dyed black and let down. to match her dark side.

she's now 71. pre 3.1, she was able to do dalaran cooking daily. post 3.1, the exclamation mark on quest give is grey! #$%^&#@! i think it's a bug because she could get dalaran fishing daily.

i haven't been able to login during the day since i was at work. if you don't already know, i live at other end of the world. i've been checking tweets to see what was going on. it's probably a good thing or i'll get frustrated like other players.

by the time i could play, it's urgent maintenance time.

as a developer, i can understand there are issues when there are releases. but serious unstable issues that make the game unplayable? weren't there sufficient testing? considering it's blizzard! ptr has been out for ages...

one major change is revamp of the talent trees again. i'm the kind of player who once settles for a spec stays that way for the rest of her life. it's a pain working through the trees.

there were too many changes since the end of tbc. there are always happy players (when their classes get buffed) and unhappy players (when their classes get nerfed). i have trouble keeping up with my main toon. as an altoholics, how am i going to catch up with my other toons?

perhaps the only positive thing out of this is making some profit from ah. always love getting gold. seeing the number going up makes me smile.

and oh, another notable improvement, it's quicker to fish now!

Soul Shard: This item now has a maximum count of 32 in inventory.

i don't know about other locks. collecting shards is my hobby. why does blizzard want to take that away? blizz like to nerf things. having bagful of shards does not make a lock op. why why why?
