cute mage and the cute fat bird. i always thought i could at leaast level up my druid to moonkin form before expansion. i don't have time.

we did alts 25man raid with a friendly guild and a few pugs. ventured into newbie 25man area.

i refused to take my lock. because going with alts means wipes, which means expensive repair bills.

ok, the main reason is, i still haven't worked out how to dps to climb to the top of damage meter. it'd be so embarrassing being outdps-ed by lesser geared alts.

cute mage is on the bottom of the dps meter and i don't really care. she's an alt and she just have to be... cute! what do you expect?

on the way to gl, someone asked in vent, which mage is going to tank. i kept quiet. i tried to hide myself. i religiously prayed that i'm not picked... my prayer was heard.

hkm was down but we didn't have time to do gruul because of... server shutdown! at our prime play time! the message says US servers only. we thought oceanic servers won't be affected.

ever since the patch, it's always shut down or restart everyday. didn't they do enough testing with beta to ensure systems run smoothly?

this is part 2 of last night's raid. after mag, we waited almost 1/2 hour before this started. because people couldn't decide which alt they wanted to take.

my mage's dps sucks. bottom of the damage meter. even the lowest dps in normal raid outdps me! i always forget some powerful mage spells...

i remember i was excited about gl back in the old days. it was the 1st 25-man after karazhan. we spent almost the whole night running out of instance. it was a competition to see who lived and laughed at those who couldn't run out in time.

one of the most annoying gruul fight was the shatter. you need to spread out or you damage each other. even if you're prepared moving out to the wall, there are times when you got kicked up in the air and landed in the wrong places, you have only a few seconds to move away and... you know me, i hate moving around. you tried to move away from someone and someone else run into you... i don't know why people say it's so easy. it's so uncontrollable!

that's why i always volunteer to sit out when i go there with my lock. of course i have a very nice excuse... let others gear up.
