dragon

riding a dragon for questing.

it's been almost 2 weeks since wotlk. almost 1/2 of my guild are 80. the others are approaching 80. the husband and my main are only 75.

some of them took leave to level up! i actually thought about that...

my guild consists mainly mature players. they have jobs and families. where do they find time to play? for us, it's on average 3 hours per night. and we're following a power leveling guide!

there's no hurry to level up because raids won't start until after jan. but it feels bad falling behind.

you can watch a movie while waiting

queue

so i thought thought having 500+ in queue was ridiculous. wait till you see 1000+.

if you play on popular servers seeing 500+ regularly is the norm. but i've never thought it could happen to where i play.

but i shouldn't complain. some servers' queue is reaching 2000 88|

to nothrend

waiting at stormwind harbor for the journey to northrend.

we started out at borean tundra because the husband found an online level up guide. don't ask me what it is. i just followed...

i like that i'm getting experiences again. but i don't like the overcrowdedness. initially i thought it's because everyone came to the same area because everyone read the guide. but my guildies say it's as bad at the other end.

it's not fun when you have to compete for mobs. and it's not fun when mobs spawns immediately after it's killed. there was one stage i killed spontaneously until i was oom and had to wand and had very low health...

after playing for 2 nights, i haven't dinged.

what woltk?

queue

2.5 hours after installing wotlk, i still haven't been able to play the game.

the computer keeps crashing. everytime it crashes, i have to queue to get into the server. and the queue went longer and longer with every attempt. first time around 300. next time 400. now it's 500+...

did i mention that i finally got my new computer? that was bought 2 years ago and has been tested by the husband all these time to ensure it's stable? he had no problem using it. but once it's in my hands, it decided to give me blue screens every now and then.

yes it was a dream

i have to wait till morning to get the expansion. i'm so jealous guildies from US already got their copies and exploring the new world.

dk

my friend started on dk right away. look at her mount, it's mutated! and the ghoul is her pet.

human dk's voice is so cool. it echoes!
